Fellows receive 150 minutes of podium time over the course of the 7 day workshop with our resident string quintet and the QCCW Festival Orchestra. Fellows are expected to tape all podium time for afternoon review with the faculty. Fellows will choose which repertoire they would like to conduct with the QCCW Festival Orchestra.

Auditors participate in all score study sessions, faculty lectures, and field trips into Manhattan. 

A Typical day at QCCW:

Morning Session (9am-12pm): String Qunintet + Piano session: Mendelssohn Symphony 4
First Afternoon Session (1pm-4pm): QCCW Festival Orchestra: Mendelssohn Symphony 4
Second Afternoon Session (4pm-6pm): Lesson on Programming "What Makes a Successful Concert? What Makes a Successful Season?"
